Great Payne, Inc. is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. Our company proudly traces our history back to 1986, and as a contractor for FedEx Ground for over 35 consecutive years, we provide strictly team runs.

What Sets Us Apart 

  • Competitive mileage paid weekly plus $250 per driver per day guaranteed for every day spent on the road. 

  • 100% Hub to Hub, Drop and Hook, No loading/Unloading

  • 100% of Tractors 2024 or Newer

  • Weekly home time of 2–3 days for most drivers.
